Why the fee comes first

Noor spent her first years in practice at a general firm where clients waited weeks to learn what a will would cost. She started this firm so the fee would be settled before any work began.

Most of her clients are couples with children at home or grown, and many have a house and a retirement account and not much else to worry about. She tells them plainly when a will is enough and a trust isn’t worth the extra cost.

She meets clients by video from the office on Ingersoll Avenue, and does most signings in person.
