How it works
Five steps from first call to signed plan
Most of it on a screen, at your own pace. Most will plans are signed within a month.
- 01
Step 1: A free 20-minute call
By phone or video. We find the plan that fits and tell you the fee.
- 02
Step 2: Engagement letter and questionnaire
You sign the letter online and fill in the questionnaire, saving as you go.
- 03
Step 3: Draft review by video
Your attorney walks you through the drafts on screen. Change anything you like.
- 04
Step 4: The signing
At our office or your home, with witnesses and a notary. About 45 minutes.
- 05
Step 5: After the signing
We record any deed, send the funding letters and put copies in your client folder.
What to have ready for the questionnaire
Rough figures are fine. We’ll ask if we need more.
People
Names and birthdays of children, and anyone else you want to include.
Property
Your home and any land, with how the title is held.
Accounts
Banks, retirement accounts and life insurance, with who’s named on each.
Choices
Who you’d trust as executor, trustee, guardian and agents.
Book the first step
Twenty minutes, free, by phone or video.
