Fees: the short answers
When do I pay?
Half when you sign the engagement letter, and half at the signing. For the Medicaid plan, half up front and half when the application is filed.
What if my plan turns out more complicated?
We’ll tell you on the first call if you need something beyond these plans, such as a farm or a business, and quote that flat too.
Do couples have to buy two plans?
No. The couple’s fee covers matching documents for both of you.
Is there a charge for updates later?
A change to a signed plan is quoted as a flat fee before we start, and so is a full review after a move, marriage or death in the family.
